Hailuo 2.3 Pro: expressive photo animation
Models1 min read
MiniMax's video model for bringing photos to life. Its strength is emotion and facial motion: faces move alive rather than like masks.
Open in Studio: Hailuo 2.3 Pro
- The model name.
- Chips: what it can do, its limits and the price at the current settings.
Price: 9 credits per second, up to 10 seconds.
When to pick it
- A portrait that should come alive: a smile, a turn of the head, a look into the camera.
- An old family photograph.
- A "living" cover for social media.
What to upload
One source photo. Sharp shots with a large, well-lit face work best.
Writing the prompt
Describe motion, not appearance — appearance is already set by the photo:
slowly turns her head toward the camera and smiles, light wind in her hair
Special settings
