Generation failed: what to do

Sometimes a generation ends with an error — that's normal, models get overloaded. The key thing: credits for a failed generation are refunded automatically.

What happens to the credits

The amount is reserved at launch and only captured for a successful result. If you see the "failed" state, the reserve is already back on your balance. You can verify it in the history on the Billing page.

Common causes

• Model overload. Just retry in a minute or two.
• Content filter. The model refused the prompt: remove references to real people, brands, or violence.
• A problematic reference. The file is too large or unreadable — try another image.
• Settings out of range. The duration or resolution isn't supported by the model — the editor will show valid values.

If the error keeps happening

1. Try another model for the same task — the catalog is large.
2. Simplify the prompt to one phrase and add details gradually.
3. Still stuck — post in the community and we'll figure it out together.
