Public Offer

Individual entrepreneur Bogdan Pastushenko (INN 780436785124, OGRNIP 326784700224962) — the «Provider» — offers any legally capable person (the «User») to enter into a services agreement on the terms of this public offer under Articles 435 and 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.

1. Definitions

  • Service — the AI Studio website and its image, video, audio and text generation features.
  • Credits — the Service's internal accounting units used to pay for generations. They are not electronic money and are not exchangeable for cash except under section 6.
  • Acceptance — purchasing credits or starting to use the Service; the agreement is concluded from that moment.

2. Subject

The Provider grants access to the Service's features, and the User pays for them with credits. Services are delivered remotely through the website; no physical delivery is involved — the generation result appears in the User's account as soon as the job completes.

3. Price and payment

  • Credit and package prices are published on the Service's billing page.
  • Payment is one-off, in Russian roubles, via the Robokassa payment service. Card data is handled by the payment service; the Provider neither receives nor stores it.
  • A fiscal receipt is sent electronically to the email address given at payment.
  • Credits are added automatically once payment is confirmed and never expire.
  • The credit cost of each generation is shown before it starts; credits are reserved on start and charged on delivery, and the reserve is returned if the generation fails.

4. Completion of service

The service is deemed rendered when the generation result becomes available in the User's account. No separate acceptance certificate is issued.

5. Rights and restrictions

  • The Provider claims no rights to generation results; the User uses them at their own responsibility, subject to model providers' restrictions.
  • The Service must not be used to create material prohibited by Russian law, to infringe third party rights, or to bypass the Service's technical limits and automate account creation.
  • In case of violation the Provider may restrict access to the account; unused credits are then refunded under section 6.

6. Refunds

  • The User may terminate the agreement and request a refund for unused credits by emailing bogdanspb01@gmail.com from the address or phone number linked to the account.
  • Refunds are made within 10 business days of the request, using the original payment method.
  • Credits already spent on completed generations are non-refundable: the service has been rendered and consumed.
  • If a generation fails through the fault of the Service or a model provider, the credits are returned to the balance automatically and may be refunded in money on request.

7. Liability

The Service is provided «as is». The Provider does not guarantee that a generation result will match the User's expectations and is not liable for the consequences of using such results, nor for interruptions caused by model providers, hosting or connectivity. The Provider's liability is limited to the value of unused credits on the User's balance.

8. Personal data

Personal data processing is described in the Service's Privacy Policy and is carried out, among other purposes, to perform this agreement.

9. Changes

The Provider may amend this offer; a new version applies from publication on the website to payments made afterwards. Credits already paid for are used under the terms in force on the payment date.
